Important note: Please be advised that SafeAssign is experiencing significant volume-related delays in the processing of submitted papers.  This problem is connected to SafeAssign and is not CUNY-specific.  We have escalated the issue with Blackboard Managed Hosting and will update you as further details become available.

We have been informed by CUNY Central Office of the end-of-life plans for two legacy Blackboard products:

• As of September 30, 2011 Blackboard is no longer offering and supporting the Blackboard Learn™ for the Facebook® Platform application. http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=27522527824&sk=info

• As of January 13, 2012 Blackboard is no longer offering and supporting Scholar™ (http://www.scholar.com).
  

Scheduled Maintenance

The SafeAssign service will be unavailable on Sunday January 29, 2012 from 8:00 AM until Sunday January 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
SafeAssign is being taken offline for a maintenance upgrade. Upon completion
of this upgrade, the RSS feed will be updated to indicate SafeAssign is back online and
available.

The reserved BMH maintenance window is Fridays from 2-6 am, but a special announcement will be made about any actual maintenance taking place.

Advisory

If you use a public computer (e.g., in a computer lab, in the library, or in a smart classroom), make sure to close all windows of your browser after logging out from Bb -- to delete the "session cookie" and prevent unauthorized access to your Portal/Bb account.
